Mr. D'Anzica is an attorney with eight years' experience at one of New York's largest real estate law firms, Borah Goldstein LLP. He has successfully represented some of the largest real estate developers, landlords and property management firms in New York City. From landlord-tenant matters to foreclosures, condominium conversions and the legalization of illegal multiple dwellings, Mr. D'Anzica has developed a vast amount of experience in the real estate world.
His experience extends to every governmental agency impacting the real estate industry including the Department of Buildings, Loft Board, Board of Standards and Appeals, Department of Housing and Community Renewal, and Department of Housing Preservation and Development. As a licensed real estate broker, property manager and investor with single family and multi family investment properties in three states including New York, North Carolina and Florida, Mr. D'Anzica offers a breadth of knowledge and experience that sets Dynamax apart.
Mr D'Anzica brings in-house landlord tenant legal expertise to Dynamax which dramatically improves the efficiency of building management. This results in higher ROI and cash flow to investor clients. Mr D'Anzica holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University.

Eduardo is responsible for day-to-day property management and manages our Syracuse office and staff.
Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, Eduardo has more than 13 years' experience in single family and multi family real estate investments. He started work as a full-time Property Manager in 1996 after earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Syracuse University. His background includes property development, construction, and many years of managing multi unit properties. His knowledge of the Syracuse area and community brings a unique approach to property management. Eduardo's service-oriented approach and his experience in dealing with landlord/tenant issues, construction and project management allow him to offer investor clients a well rounded approach to caring for their property.
